ST. JOHN AMBULANCE

On 'Wednesday instruction on the nervous system was given to members of the St.'John Ambulance Service by Mr H. M. Monro, F.R.CS.E. There was a good attendance of members. Personal. Mrs A. C. The Feilding Ilarrior Club, which has enjoyed a successful year, proposes to bring its season to a dose with its championship events on Saturday, when the juniors will conduct a four-mile race and the seniors a race over five miles for the Cobbe Cup. 'Trade Unionists. Members of the Feilding trades unions are reminded that there will be a meeting in the Trades Hall, Fergusson Street, on Sunday, September 22, at 11 o’clock to elect a representative on the Homo Guard Committee. Admission will bo by union ticket.
