The Court of Arbitration has reserved its decision on the Auckland Transport Board’s application for exemption irom the 5 per cent, increase in wages. At a meeting of 1000 Hillside Workshop employees the following resolution was carried: “That the Government’s decision in regard to the wages increase be accepted and, further, we request the Government to appoint workers’ lepresentatives on the Price Fixing Tribunal.”—Press Association.
