DAFFODIL SHOW.

To-morrow, in the Empire Hall, will ba seen a display of narcissi and other seasonal flowers. Besides local exhibitors, others are expected from the surrounding districts. Good competition is expected in the decorative sections. Flowers used in decorative sections need not be grown by exhibitors. The show also gives those interested an opportunity of seeing some of the new varieties ' of narcissi. The doors will open at 2 p.m. and the show will be formally opened by the Mayor (Mr A. E. Mansford) at 2.45 p.m. Residents arc urged to see the display of orchids kindly lent by Mrs F. J. Nathan.
