Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Sept. 19. . On three charges of theft, allegedly involving a total of £1296, Phylhs Olive Barnett, aged 31, in the Magistrate’s Court to-day was committed, for trial .-in the Supreme Court. Robert Urquhart, barrister, said that from April last accused had been keeping his trust accounts under His supervision. As a result of something lie heard from the bank, he accused her of falsifying the books. Accused said things were wrong, but she was trying to put them right. Accused pleaded not guilty.
