STORY FROM SWEDEN. (Rec. 11.50 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 18. The gale has dropped over the Straits of Dover, but a big sea is still running. A Stockholm message states that the Allehanda’s Berlin correspondent says the German plan for the invasion of Britain has been temporarily postponed Lu view of the efficiency of tho antiaircraft defences and the R.A.F. fighters, but the systematic destruction of Britain’s south-east coa6t is continuing, especiallv the bombing of ports and airfields.
