DEMANDS ON INDO-CHINA.

THAILAND’S CLAIMS.

(Rec. 1 p.m.) BANGKOK, Sept. 16. Thailand has made a series of demands from Indo-China. They are as follow: —

(1) The delimitation of the Thai-land-Indo-China border with the deepest channel of the Mekong River forming the boundary, also the immediate transfer of forty riparian islands to Thailand.

(2) The cession of the Luang-Pra-band area along the northern border to Thailand.

(3) A guarantee of the safety of Siamese inhabiting the Laos Steppes in north-west Indo-China, or the cession of this area. It is understood Thailand is denouncing the non-aggression treaty with Indo-China unless her demands are met. ,<
