REPRISALS FOR SABOTAGE
(Rec. 1.40 p.m.) LONDON Sept. 16. Thj Times correspondent on ..tiyFrench frontier says the Germans have fined Nantes five million francs for cuttin* for the second time a Geimau army cable. The fine tor the first sabotage, was two million marks- , 'j'lie Mayor has appealed to the uti zens to avoid such expensive demonstrations, which have.already cost a hundred francs per capita.
