FLYING-BOAT CLARE.

REPORT OF LOSS DENIED

(Rec. 9.5 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 16. A report that the British flying-boat Clare -is missing while flying to England. frpm America is authoritatively denied.

It was earlier reported from Montreal, without confirmation, that the Clare was missing- on 'her third hop to New York, and was feared lost, since an unidentified largo plane had been reported to have boon forced down near Iceland on Saturday.
