EXPLOSION DISASTER.
THOROUGH INVESTIGATION. KENVIL, Sept, 13. The navy and army intelligence staffs are co-operating with the police in an investigation into the possibility of sabotage concerning the explosion at the Hercules powder plant. About 30 are still missing and are feared to he dead. The probable deathroll is 103, while 100 are injured, 83 seriously.
