WELLINGTON, Sept. 16. The following telegram has been received by the Governor-General (V iscount Galway) in reply to the one sent by His Excellency to the Lord Mayor of London on Friday relative to the New Zealand donation of £IOO,OOO for the injured and distressed in the city of London: — I am overwhelmed by your generosity. No words of mine can adequately express the deep emotion felt by Londoners at New Zealand's invaluable help. Please express our heartfelt gratitude.
