PERSONAL.
Mr H. Grinstead. lion, secretary of the New Zealand Alliance, has returned to Palmerston North from a visit to the King Country. Mr J. 11. Hines has returned to Palmerston North after spenc’/ag three years in the Argentine, where lie was engaged in the installation of two flaxmill plants. Rev. B. Thornley, accompanied by his wife, has returned to Auckland after an absence of two years and ahalf in England. During that period Mr Thornley served the Methodist Church in the East End of London and in Lancashire. ■ ■ '
