CONTROL OF DANUBE.
RUSSIAN DEMAND TO AXIS.
MOSCOW, Sept. 13. The official Tass Agency announces that the Soviet has informed Germany and Italy that, as she has territory bordering on the Danube, she must insist on being represented at any conference at which the future of the Danubian basin is discussed.
The Soviet has also again protested to Rumania against the actions of Rumanian troops on the Bessarabian frontier.
