DAFFODIL SHOW.

The annual Daffodil Show will be held in the Empire Hall on Saturday. September 21. The schedule (copies obtainable, at florists) is a comprehensive one with sections for all growers, professional, amateur and novice. A special section is ■ for members of ladies’ gardening circles. In addition to daffodil sections there are classes for other seasonal flowers, anemones, and primroses, hyacinths, etc. 'ln the open section the chief class is for the I,arson Cnp (valued at 6gn?) for 12 varieties daffodils, one of each. In the amateur section the Lennox Cup for six varieties, daffodils, at least three divisions, should draw keen competition, the decorative sections should interest the ladies. One section is for those who have not won more than five first prizes in decorative sections (adults).
