AIRMAN MISSING

RESIDENT OF THAMES

THAMES, Sept. 13. Advice has been received that PilotOfficer Trevor Harold Hadley is reported missing as a result of R.A.F 4 operations. He is a son of Mr and Mrs A. H. Hadley, of Thames. Born in Masterton, lie was 21 the same day that he was posted missing. He was educated in Lower Hutt and Stratford, and later farmed in the Wairarapa. He was married in Christchurch last March, shortly before leaving for England. Pilot-Officer Hadley enlisted in Thames, trained at AVigram, and qualified for an “A” flying certificate. His brother, Ronald Arnold Hadley, is a pilot in the same Squadron.
