PAYMENT FOR NAZI TROOPS. (Rec. 32.30 p.m.) VICHY, Sept. 12. The Bank of France lias agreed to place fifty thousand million francs at the disposal of the Government to pay for the upkeep of German troops in occupied France. , . The Berlin News Agency stated that General von Brauschitsch has completed a tour of inspection of Northern France and the Atlantic Coast.
