JOCKEYS’ APPEALS.

DATE FOR HEARING

Per Press Association. CHRIS’! CHURCH, Sept. 12. The appeals of the jockeys P. Burgess, A. E. Didliam, G. R. Tattersall. W. Broughton and H. Wiggins against the action of the executive committee of the New Zealand Racing Conference in granting them three months conditional licenses only at the beginning of the present season, will be heard before three judges appointed by the conference in Wellington on September 24. The names of the judges will not bo divulged till after the hearing.
