RUBBER QUOTA.
(Rec. 12.25 p.m.) LONDON. Sept. 12. The International Rubber Regulation Commit-tee has fixed the export quota at 90 per cent, for the three months ending December. The extra supply will bo 19-269 tons. The increased quota has caused surprise and is reported to lie due to pressure from the United States, which is anxious to accumulate stocks against possible shipping disorganisation.
