A RECIPE.
GINGER CONES.
Melt together 3oz butter, 3oz honey, then add 3joz castor sugar and 3joz plain flour, | teaspoon ground ginger, 2 teaspoons very finely chopped crystallised ginger and 2 teaspoons lemon juice or brandy. Place in teaspoonfuls on a well-greased baking tray a little apart as they spread. Bake in a moderate oven until a golden brown, remove from oven and allow to cool a little, then form into a cone shape. When' ready to serve, fill wit'll whipped cream ! to which is added a little finely-chopped crystallised ginger. j
