PHOTOGRAPHERS CONFER.
Members were present from all parts of the North Island at the annual meeting and conference of the North Island Professional Photographers’ Association, which was held in Palmerston North this week. Good wishes w r ere expressed in several letters from South Island photographers, which mentioned their appreciation of the services given by the association in the last year. It was proposed to- bold the next conference in Wellington. Officers elected are: Patron, Mr* H. E. Gaze (Hamilton) ; president, Mr A. B. Hurst (Napier) ; vice-presidents, Messrs Spencer Digby (Wellington), 33. Hobday (Feilding), and J. 3i. Lewis (Palmerston North) ; committee, Mrs M. Dean' 1 (Wellington), Messrs J. Swain,son (New Plymouth), M. L. Lampo (Wanganui), E. Andrew* (Wellington), Crichton (Auckland), J. R. N. Potts (Dannevirke), and IT H. Jauncey (Wellington) ; secretary and treasurer, Mr 33. Iveys (Hastings).
