KING’S SYMPATHY.

IN PEOPLE’S SUFFERING. (Rec. 1.0 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 9. His Majesty has sent a message to Mr Emil Davies, the chairman qf the London County Council, expressing the distress with which lie heard of the news of Saturday’s air raids. He added that the suffering people of London and elsewhere were much in his thoughts. Mr Davies assured His Majesty that the people remained constant in their loyalty and fortitude.
