At the recent parade of the St. John Ambulance Cadets. 30 hoys were present, to the gratification of the superintendent. AYhilst the boys who are training for their preliminary examination formed one group lor instruction, the remainder were taken in tlieoiy and practical bandaging by the cor jvorals in charge of their respective squads. This was followed by practical instruction in life-saving, the first two methods of rescue work being demonstrated and practised hv the cadets.
