WOMEN’S AUXILIARY.

Excellent progress is being made in all the various branches in which the 300 members .of the Manawatu Women’s Auxiliary Service Corps aio training, including first aid, ambulance, signalling, mechanics, transport, etc. Members of. each unit demonstrate their real enthusiasm by regular attendance and their keenness in the work. A , sub-committee comprising 21 members has been set, up to foster the social side and in organising efforts for raising funds. j The members will soon bo able to parade in their new uniforms of petrel green coats and skirts and caps, with blouses of a lighter shade of green and black ties.
