WELLINGTON, Sept. 10. i The Director-General of Medical Services (Colonel F. Bowerbank) visited To Rapa yesterday. He says the men isolated there are in good spirits and are comfortably quartered and wed looked after. He did not know how long they would have to remain. Speaking of the measles epidemic in camps generally, Colonel Bowerbank said that, although it had not yet abated, all the new eases were of the mild type. Every precaution was being taken 'to prevent a further spread of the epidemic.
