MANAWATU REPRESENTATIVES: The following Manawatu representative Rugby football teams have been selected to play on Saturday next: A team, to play Wanganui, at' Palmerston North. Full-back, Clarke (O.B.); three-quarters, Bowler (V.), Stewart (V.), Waugh (F.OB.); fiveeighths, Sargisson (A.F.), Dermer (F.); half-back, Edlin (St.P.j. Forwards: Dustin (U.), Wallace (V.), Waldegrave (F. 0.8.), Spence (A.F.),. Carter . (V.), , Powell (St.P.), Knight (A.F.), Seeley (V.). Emergencies • Backs, Howell (O.B.), Youngliusband (A.F.); forwards, Nicholson (F.), Mason (A.F.). B team, to play Oroua at Kimbol-ton.—Full-back, Carr (K.T.) ; threequarters, Rowlands (A.F.). Cuff (St. Patrick’s), Barraud (O.B.) 5 fiveeighths, Hehir (St. Patrick’s), -Land (V.); half-back,VSherlock (A.F.). Forwards: Wilson (F.). O’Connor (St. Patrick’s), Greene (V.), O’Dea (0.13.), McLaren (V.), Coombe (K.T.)’ Pye (F.), Horgan (A.F.). 1 Emergencies: Forwards, Arnott (U.), Adamson, (U.); backs. Thompson (F.), Campbell (U.). Gymnasium practice will be held at Rugby Park on Tuesday and Thursday nights. Players not available for either match are asked to get in touch with the Rugby Union secretary immediately.
