REPERTORY SOCIETY.
MONTHLY READING. A charming three-act fantasy was chosen by members of the Manawatu Repertory Society for their monthly reading, and an excellent presentation was fully appreciated by the large audience. Mr M. H. Oram directed, assisted bv Mrs N. A. Nash. At the conclusion of the reading the president (Mr Oram) thanked the cast for their conscientious work and gave reminders of coming activities. The readers were Mesdames Kilpatrick and N. A. Nash. Misses M. Oram, P. Waldegrave, J. Well wood, N. Honore Messrs G. Oates. W. Alcock, F. Gatley, C. Cronin and Dr. A. de Berry.
