The I.oedstown Flock to-day, theiefore, probably constitutes the strongest combination of Gutton Park blood in Now. Zealand. The flock was not extensively exhibited until recently, but as soon as exhibited these Southdowns were instantly successful, and, in the oast two years, have gained 6 Championships, 7 Reserve Championships, 20 First Prizes, 14 Seconds/ besides various Specials and Points Prizes. They havo been equally successful in the sale ring, this season the whole line of shearling Southdown Rams averaging £l6 12s 9d, Studs selling up to 65 guineas at auction and averaging £4l.
