FAIR TO FINE AND COLD; Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, June 4. An anti-cyclone extends from Australia across the north Tasman Sea. Pressure is low to''the south-east and south. The forecast is for light to moderate winds from a westerly quarter, later freshening in exposed positions. The weather will be fair to fine and cold; with again to-night and seas moderate.
