ST. JOHN AMBULANCE.

CADET DIVISION. Following the inspection at the weekly parade of the St. John Ambulance cadets, the four members of the stretcher squad were taken for practice work. The remainder of the cadets were given an instructive lesson on the structure of the human body. Two special charts showing diagrams of the human body were used, and an informative talk was given oy the ambulance officer. This week’s don’ts.—(l) Don’t syringe or probe the ear channel under any condition. (2) Don’t interfere with a foreign body in tlie nose; breathe through the mouth and immediately see a' doctor. (3) Don’t give anything by the mouth to a person who has accidentally swallowed a foreign body; see a doctor.
