FRENCH WOMEN PILOTS.

LONDON, May 31. - The Paris . Official Journal lias published a decree, admitting women between 21 and 49 to the Air Force. They must be of French nationality, possess a second-class pilot’s certificate, and have flown at least a 100 hours solo. They will undergo probationary training before going to the Front.
