WELLINGTON QUOTATIONS. f The Stock Exchange Association has received advice from Australian Consolidated Industries that the directors intend to recommend that the following dividends he declared for the half-year ended March 31, 1340: 43 per cent, on preference shares, making a total of 9 per cent, for the year: 31 per cent, on fully-paid ordinary shares, making 7 per cent, for the year; and 33 per cent, on the amount of 4s per share paid on September 30 in respect of capital on contributing ordinary shares, the dividends to be payable on June 26.
