FINANCIAL SECRETARY TO THE TREASURY—Captain H. F. C. Crookshank.

The post of Secretary of Petroleum is newly-created and, in view of the increased importance and perplexity of duties iu connection with coal and oil, respectively, under present conditions, it lias been decided to divide tlm duties hitherto discharged by the Secretary of Mines. Viscount Caldecote. the new Dominions Secretary, will load the House of Lords.
