“RESIST TO UTMOST.”
KING LEOPOLD’S MESSAGE. LONDON, May t l6. The Brussels radio has broadcast the following ' message from King Leopold to the Liege forts “I am calling on you, forts of Liege. I address you, Colonel Modard, commander, and you, officers, noncommissioned officers, and men. Resist to the utmost for the Fatherland. ■ I am proud of you.” The message was read in French and Flemish.
