BELGIAN RED CROSS.
Prompt action has been taken by the National Patriotic Fund Board to assist the Belgian Red Cross, whose needs have increased as the result of the latest turn in events in the Low Countries. At yesterday’s meeting it was decided, at . the request of the Joint Council of the Order of St. John and the New Zealand Rod Cross Society, to make available £2soo'to the Belgian Red Cross.
