MILITARY MAID SUCCEEDS. Military Maid followed up her Olaki success by winning the Iluahine Handicap in good style. The mam opposition camo from tho favourite, Sceptre, who just failed to get up at the finish. Parlato was the pacemaker and was attended by Heroic Maid, Military Maid, Judgment, Vadanoo-and Sceptre, the, latter moving up smartly after the start. Parlato led Military Maid, Sceptre and Vadanoe into the straight. Military Maid then wont to the front and Sceptre moved up on .the outside but could not reach her. Parlato was third from Judgment, Heroic Maid, Vadanoo and Buccaneer, who were practically together.
