OPERATIONS IN NORWAY.
(British Official Wireless.) RUGBY. May 14. f A War Office communique states: “Allied forces made a successful landin" at Bjerkvilc, seven miles north of Narvik, suffering only a few minor casualties. Bjerkvik is in the rear of the German, positions in the Gratangeu area where our forces made a successful attack At the same time an enemy detachment which had landed at Herunes was bombarded by a British waiship. Casualties were inflicted upon the enemy.”
