ALLIES LAND TROOPS.
■Received May 14, 10.5 a.m. WILLEMSTAD (Curacao), May 13. A state of siege lias been declared throughout the Dutch West Indies following the arrival of SCO Allied troops aboard a Canadian (lostioyei. The authorities announced that 400 Germans have been interned on the Island of Bonaire. A Washington message says the Dutch Minister (Dr Loudon) made public a cablegram from the Dutch Foreign Minister, who is now in London, saying: “We have absolute confidence that no alteration in the political, or legal status' of the East or West Indies is contemplated by the A lies, and feel equally confident about Japan ” ' 1 (
