SECRETARY OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS. —Lord Halifax. • ..MINISTER WITHOUT PORTFOLIO.—Mr Arthur Greenwood (Labour). Other appointments are as follow: — FIRST LORD OF THE ADMIRALTY.—Mr A. V. Alexander (Labour). SECRETARY OF STATE FOR WAR.—Mr R. A. Eden. SECRETARY OF STATE FOR Alß.—Sir Archibald Sinclair (Liberal). LORD CHANCELLOR.—Sir John Simon. SECRETARY OF: STATE FOR COLONIES.—Lord Lloyd; CHANCELLOR OE THE EXCHEQUER—Sir Kingsley Wood. MINISTER OE SUPPLY.—-Mr Herbert Morrison (Labour).MINISTER OF INFORMATION.—Mr A. Duff-Cooper. The Leaders of the three parties, whether members of the War Cabinet or not, will be consulted on questions affecting the general .character and aims of the Government, including conditions of peace.
