In ail exceptionally fast, and open game, St. Andrew’s beat Thistle,-by 3 goals to 2 in the senior division of the Mauawatu Football Association's competitions, on Saturday. I3oth teams made use of. their strong forward combination, St. Andrew’s goals being the result of vigorous work by the-van-guard. For St. Andrew’s. L. Petersen scored two goals and R. Harkness one.
