’ The British Ministry for Agriculture and the Headmasters’ Association are organising schoolboy labour to assist farmers during the holidays. They propose to establish camps, each containing from six to 25 boys' and one supervisor. Boys aged more than 16 years will receive 6d an hour and younger boys 5d an hour. The third talk in the scries of pub'ic lectures under the auspices of the W.E.A. is to be taken by Mr H. Low, M.A., lecturer in economics at Massey College, who will deal with the subject of “Economics, and War,” outlining some of the economic effects of the war. '■ ;
