JUBILATION, IN BERLIN. LONDON, May 8. A Paris message states that a note of warning runs through the French Press comment on the debate in the House of Commons which a commentator describes as a great open debate at Westminster which, though painfully animated, has greatly increased the prestige of France’s ally. Authoritative circles in Berlin say the vote was a heavy blow to the British Government and indicates that the British are determined on more active aggression and an extension of the war.
