APPOINTMENTS GAZETTED. TWO BRIGADIERS. WELLINGTON, May 10. Appointments of officers to the Second Echelon of the Second New Zealand Expeditionary Force are announced in the Gazette issued iast evening. The. list contains the names of two officers with the rank of brigadier. They are Brigadier J. Hargest, D. 5.0., ;'M.O., and Brigadier H. E. Ba.rrowclough, D. 5.0., M.G’., formerly a pupil of the Palmerston North Boys’ High School, the commanders of the oth Infantry Brigade and the 6tli Infantry Brigade, respectively.
