ON DUTCH BORDER. BASELESS .REPORTS. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) AVASHINGTON, May 8. The Netherlands Minister in the United States (M. Loudon) announces that he radiophoned Netherlands officials at The Hague and 'ascertained that reports that two German columns were moving towards the Dutch, border for an invasion were “absolutely incorrect.” It is understood that M. Loudon has been appointed paymaster for Netherlands nationals'abroad, but the appointment is effective only if an emergency arises.
