REACTION TO VOTING.. (From Daventry.) The result of the voting in the House of Commons is regarded as a moral defeat for the Government. There is talk of a coalition and the Labour Party will he discussing the position at its forthcoming conference. Air Chamberlain still has an adequate majority and. may . well take his time before making any changes. . It is stated that-more than 100 Government supporters, were not in the House when the division took place.
