AUSTRALIAN RATES'. CANBERRA, May 9. I etrol prices throughout Australia have been increased by 3d a gallon from to-ciay. Thus the extra duty imposed by the Federal Government last week will be passed on to consumers. The new rates will be: Ordinary grade,' 2s 4d; first grade, 2s’ sd.
