Miss Mcryle Hardie, of Fitzberberfc Avenue. Palmerston North, is visiting Wellington. S' Mrs H. McEwcnj of Palmerston North, and her daughters are visitors to Wellington. Mrs H. E. Abraham, of Dunedin, has come north to live in Wanganui, having left her residence for the duration of the. war. Misses Heather and Joan Douglas,' of Masterton, are in Palmerston North for the competitions . festival, and are the guests of Miss Elaine Brown. Mrs W. Provan, of St. Kilda, Dunedin, is spending a holiday in Palmerston North, the guest of. Mrs W. Brown, of Napier l{oad, who has returned from a holiday spent in Dunedin and Otago Central. Mr and Mrs E. E. B. Lovelock, of Eureka, Waikato, who belong to pioneer families ol Palmerston North, are visiting this city with their soil, Mr Ivan Lovelock. Mr and Mrs Lovelock spent a number of years in the Manawatu, subsequently settling in the Waikato.
