Among true bills returned by the Grand Jury in the Supreme Court is one against Gordon Percy Aston and Harvey Alaitland Chrystall alleging conspiracy, false pretences, theft, receiving, and attempted false pretences in connection with the late Hartley Roy Sellers, secretary of the New Zealand Racing Conference.
