SWEDISH NEUTRALITY.
RUSSO-GERMAN VIEW. LONDON,. May 4. The Moscow radio states that, following an exchange of views between Moscow and Berlin, it was agreed that both the Russian and German Governments were “interested in_ the preservation of Sweden’s- neutrality. The Swedish radio reports the discovery of a big sabotage plot at Stockholm. Large quantities of high explosives arid bombs were confiscated. Leaders arrested include several foreigners.
