IMPRISONED JEWS.

NO REVISION OF SENTENCES. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, May 2. The Colonial Secretary (Mr Malcolm MacDonald) stated in an answer, in the House of Commons on Wednesday that 105 Jews in Palestine were serving terms of imprisonment for offences in connection with the possession of arms and explosives. In all cases the sentences exceeded 12 months. He did not think the time had arrived for a revision of these sentences especially as a number of the offences had been committed since the outbreak of war.
