■REDUCTION FOR FARMERS. Per Press Association. AVELLINGTON, May 2. A reduction of 50 per cent, on the license lees of trucks used by farmers *1 **isirket gardeners is announced in 1 i Heavy .Motor A r eliicles Regulations, published in- the Gazette. They state that any-light truck of up to four tons laden weight, if owned,by a farmer or market gardener and used exclusively tor his ,own business purposes, will qualify for the reduction of 50 per cent, "i av y traffic lees normally payable. At the same time it is announced that the heavy traffic provisions in respect of such trucks will now be universally. enforced.
