At the annual meeting of the Forest and Bird Protection Society, held at Wellington, the following officers were declared 1 , elected to fill the usual animal vacancies occurring under i the society’s rules; President, Captain E. V. Sanderson; members of the executive. Mrs Knox Gilmer, Dr. C- G. Morice, Mr B. C. Aston; lion, treasurer. Mr Eric Lawson; hon. 'auditor, Mr W. S. Wheeler.
